Changes to your order
If there are any changes to your order, please contact us immediately to discuss the options available to you. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Returns
You can return any online order within 14 working days of receipt. The item must be returned to us in a saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging. Any goods that show signs of wear including makeup marks or scented with perfume will not be accepted and a refund will not be given. Should we receive returned goods without prior notice or beyond 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Personalised and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
How to return your order
Before sending any items back to us, you must get in touch with us by email and wait for us to send you a confirmation of return, which will give you instructions.
Goods must arrive at our studio unused, undamaged and in the original box which better protects the items in transit.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are responsible for the full cost of returning any unwanted goods. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the goods in transit as the sender is legally responsible for any damage which occurs after the goods have been received. Please remember to keep your proof of dispatch!
Once we have received your return, you are entitled to a full product refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition. Shipping will not be refunded. We will endeavour to reimburse your returned goods within 14 working days.
Faulty items
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order and we will agree with you on the best way to return the goods. If you are returning faulty items, please describe the fault clearly in the accompanying documents. This does not affect your statutory rights.
