Shipping

We know how excited you are to receive your package and do our best to ensure that every shipment is delivered as quickly as possible. Our preferred courier is DHL Express with most deliveries within 2 – 5 working days. Next day delivery may be available to European destinations.

Delivery times are estimated from the time of pick-up. We are not responsible for any delays in transit. You will be notified when your parcel leaves our studio and after that we are in DHL’s capable hands.

Please note that your courier requires a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available and a signature cannot be obtained, they will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery. 

Due to differences in local languages, we cannot give instructions for international deliveries, other than the recipient’s name, address and telephone number. Please make sure these are as clear and complete as possible.

In the unlikely event that DHL are unable to deliver the goods due to political or economic events, we will notify you immediately and endeavour to find a suitable alternative. If no alternative is possible, your order will be cancelled or available for you to pick up directly from us.
